Comfy ‘bumppies’ Plus Fashion #ootd

Michelle Resendiz- Chicago, Il.

I hate how people expect Plus-Size lovey’s to dress like we are lazy and can’t hack it at life. Have you noticed that a lot of the comfy little numbers look like either your grandmothers curtains or a potato sack? Not my idea of a nice item… SO, when I went over to see my faveorite plus size diva, Stephanie over at Vive La Femme Chicago, I jumped at the chance to try on some comfy loveable things. Check out what I found!

Stephanie threw this black, semi see-thru, pocket’ed, flowly shirt into my pile of try on’s and let me tell you… not only did this little gem make it home with me,  but I called her and asked her to hold them in every color! I want them all, and intend to purchase them all this weekend.

Comfortable, go-to, layering tunic for Spring and Summer.Long enough to give full rear-end coverage, this light weight, three-quarter sleeve tunic is soft and easy to wear. Dress it up for work with a belt or wear it running errands with leggings or jeans. Pair it with a camisole for full coverage. Fully functioning, draped pockets make for extra boho chic style.

• A staff favorite! Tried and tested by women with every body type!
• Three quarter sleeves.
• Deep, split neckline; we suggest pairing this top with our Perfect  Camisole.
• Two fully-functioning pockets.
• Handkerchief hemline.
• Tunic length provides complete coverage. You can wear this with   leggings!

This awesome shirt is by SWAK designs and is available at Vive la Femme in cranberry and black. I paired my awesome ‘lazy chic aftenoon’ look with a pair of straight legged skinney jeans by Torrid that my mom doctored up for me.  She added some cute little bird patches to the butt and since they are a little long ( and a little too big ) on me I cuff them and wear my comfy flip flops.

Here’s a little pic spam of my Outfit Of the Day post where you can see some details on my lovely flowy shirt! See how comfy I look!? What makes you comfy?
