Michelle Resendiz- Chicago, Il.
Its finally here… I’ve been getting requests and countless emails from you to film a tutorial, and today starts the marker. Now, this was my first one and to my defense I don’t have the best set up here so please forgive me, but I was so excited to show the world my new tokidoki Pittura Brush Set I couldn’t wait any longer.
What it is: A trio of eye brushes brought to you by Mozzarella, Adios, and Donutella.
What it does: Create the eye look of your dreams, with the help of your favorite tokidoki characters. Each brush in this must-have set is adorned to represent one character, from top to handle, giving your makeup routine a dose of adorable personality.
This set contains: – Mozzarella Eyeshadow Brush – Adios Crease Brush – Donutella Angled Eyeliner Brush
What else you need to know: Mozzarella Eyeshadow Brush is a large, flat-headed, multipurpose brush perfect for applying light or deep color over your lids, and highlighting your brow bone. Its size allows for quick maneuvering and application. Adios Crease Brush has a precisely tapered tip that fits flawlessly in the contours of your eyes allowing you to fill and blend in your creases, even with your eyes open. Donutella Angled Eyeliner Brush flows flawlessly along the lash line making it easy to achieve a perfectly straight line. Synthetic brush hair works well with liquid and cream formulations, as well as powder liners—wet or dry. The ultra-soft, antibacterial, luxurious fibers are white with glowing, color-coordinated tips.
Sephora is the exclusive beauty retailer for this product.
I can see you have met my new favorite brush set! These brushes are, by far, some of the best that I have ever tried, and being a professional make-up artist I have tried a lot of brushes. These well worth the money… and I would invest in more if they had any, in a heart-beat. I know they also have a Kabuki brush, and a large blush brush available at Sephora as well. I’m willing to bet that those are just as adorable, fabulous, and functional as these eye brushes.
What I used:
- Bronzer: Milani Baked Bronzer in Soleil
- EyeShadow: Milani Baked Eyeshadow Collection in Green Fortune, Fusion, and Intermix
- Mascara and Eyeliner: Rain Cosmetics High roller Mascara, and Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Mascara. Eyeliner is Buxom’s
So a couple more things that I used in my tutorial was my Milani Baked collection. I used the bronzer, the blush, and the eye-shadows. I have never been so impressed with a drugstore item in my life. I love my prestige cosmetics, and I wont even try to deny that… so when I tried the Milani collection I already went into it thinking ‘I’m not going to use these ever again’. I was so wrong! Since this tutorial I have used this entire collection almost everyday. I love the baked items that Milani came out with, and I am fully prepared to use this all summer. If I had to chose a fave I might say it was the eyeshadow…. I really loved the pigments on these eye-shadows, and the wear of them. I was VERY IMPRESSED, Thank Milani for making me a believer!
