When Birds are Singing… Long-lasting Eye Shadow
This pretty blue shade complimented my eye color surprisingly, and the texture of the shadow is really silky. The pigment was very rich and shimmery, but didn’t seem to go on well to my skin. The color I tested was The Mountain Bluebird… and I like the color, but there was something off about the wear. I have to test it a few more times to see how I feel, but I don’t know if this is going to make my hit list.

Small tricks:
Create your personal classic look by choosing one of our Long-lasting Eye Shadows. Apply dry with our RBR Applicator (# 015) and then blend the eye shadow with the RBR Shading Brushes (i.e. # 003, # 005 and # 011). Buff with the fingertips for extra luminosity.
For a dazzling metallic sheen apply WHEN BIRDS ARE SINGING… with a wet brush. Use a darker or contrasting shade, damp, with our RBR Eyeliner Brush (# 008) as a liquid liner, either alone or over the RBR Eye Khol for a myriad of colours.
For a smudge-proof eyelid line use PRELUDE IN THE CLOUDS and mix it with your favourite eye shadow and apply with RBR Eyeliner Brush (# 008).
Feline Gaze Long-lasting Eye Pencil
This is by far the coolest thing ever. I think this is my favorite of all the things I was sent to try. The texture of the pencil makes it super easy to put on, and the tip is nice and small so it’s really easy to get a thin precise line. What I LOVED about it was the color though! Calypso is a Creamy jet black base with light pure silver and aqua blue reflection. Isn’t that awesome?
I love that its not just that traditional harsh black, because everyone can do that. Everyone has a black eyeliner, and I’m tired of wearing it. I don’t know if you guys notice that or not, but I’m not a huge fan of black eyeliner… so this is PERFECT for me.

Smudge the creamy texture after application with your fingertips or with the RBR Sponge Applicator (# 015) for a softer appearance or for a dusty, smoky look.
If you’re not familiar with the application of an Eye Pencil or if you find it difficult to apply, try this trick: slightly stretch your eyelid by lifting the outside edge of the brow with your forefinger and place your middle finger or thumb on the outer edge of your cheekbone with a slight downwards pull. For a very deep gaze, frame your complete eye with a darker shade
