Ask Michelle readers have been asking “What can I use to make my teeth white at home?” So, I did some research, tested some things out and this is what I found to be the most effective for me. I must tell you first off I do have pretty bad teeth, I used to smoke ( I know! I know! it’s terrible…) I drink a lot of coffee and teas, and my teeth were starting to look a little sad. Needless to say, I was really happy when my readers starting asking that ‘white teeth’ question because I hadn’t really thought about that until now. It was like a little lightbulb went off in my head… “Oh yeah! I guess I can whiten at home. Why didn’t I think about that?” So I started the search, and this is what I found to be the best.

I was using Optic White by Colgate before I switched, that also was a great toothpaste that helped a lot with some of the stains, but really the best results I got was from my Marvis. They have a lot of different flavors and kinds to choose from at CO BIGELOW they even have one that’s an official whitening toothpaste.
The one that I have, I don’t even think is technically a ‘whitening’ paste, but my teeth must really like it because they seem to really re-act differently to it.
