What is a Grammy? A Grammy Award (originally called Gramophone Award) — or Grammy — is an accolade by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States to recognize outstanding achievement in the music industry. The annual awards ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and some of the awards of more popular interest are presented in a widely viewed televised ceremony. The 53rd annual Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles California at the Staples Center, and I kept an eye on the Fashion of the awards all night! Here’s my picks for best and worst dressed.
The HOT list:
Sara Bareilles
Sara Bareilles looked fantastic, yet classic, in her simple red gown. I, personally, love Sara so I may be a tad biased, but I’m sure you will all agree she looks fantastic in red!
Lady Antebellum
Lady Antebellum all looked sleek and sexy in their all black look. Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood-sexy, and the sequined touch sweater worn by Miss Hillary Scott- awesome. All in all, this group, not only took home a couple of those little gold prizes; but they stole my heart with their well planned out Fashion choices.
Jewel looked so amazing in her Floor length, flowing, one shoulder gown. This mom-to-be Presented an award tonight looking stunning and classy. Just as I suspected.
Beyonce
Beyonce looked super sexy at the pre-party Brunch. (Pictured above with Rihanna) I love how her flowing locks look so effortless and beautiful. Her look this year isn’t over the top, and I like that. It’s not easy to make a simple look be stunning! She can do it all!
Katy Perry
Also beautiful, Katy perry! I love the pink glitter look, her Valentine theme… the pink sparkle on her eyes, the jewels on her tights, the whole sh-bang- I LOVED IT!

Lady Gaga, sweetheart- what are you doing? There was some HORRIFIC things coming out of her body!? That were actually disturbing to look at. The only thing that was remotely fashionable was the Black Sunglasses hiding her face… best part of her outfit.
Best new artist Esperanza Spalding looks like swamp thing! I love her natural look, but that dress needs to go….

Barbara Streisand your voice is so magical, but what stylist did you use for this event? There are a million other things that I would have put you in.
C-Lo Green
C-lo’s Muppet’s, adorable! … C-lo, not so much. C-Lo Green had a great performance of his hit song F*rget you. He wore this strange big-bird type costume that I wish I could F*rget right now…
Lenny Kravitz
Lenny, the zoo called… they want EVERYTHING back.
